About This Website

This website aims to make people aware of the importance of mental health awareness in society and the availability of different mental health management options. According to the UN, nearly 1 billion people are suffering from some sort of mental health disorder which includes 1 in 7 teenagers. These numbers are scary ,and it reflects the need for an organized and proper management plan ,both by the government and healthcare facilities around the world. Unfortunately, out of these numbers, a large portion of people are not aware of the availability of mental health care and are also unaware of their debilitating mental health leading to the imbalance between the health care workers and the target population. Moreover, the presence of a stigma in society about the mental health care system makes it even more difficult to provide medical services.

Giving medicines is like giving your patients a fish, but giving them therapy is like teaching them how to catch a fish.
